Favourite climb: Eagles Nest in Nad to the Wind Farm
Goals for 2018: County Champs, Munster RR, Donal Crowley Memorial, the Ras & Be as
helpful to the team as possible in the races.
How have you benefited from being a member of Blarney CC? It has presented me with
more opportunities in races to do my own thing.
Advice you’d give to someone new to competitive cycling: The bad days outnumber the
good ones, but when a good day comes, the training and dedication is worth it.
Have you done the Rás before – Nope, but there is a first for everything.
Stage you are most looking forward to in this years Rás – I don’t know is there one particular one im looking forward to, they all have their challenges. But it will be in Munster for a good chunk of the race to that will be good.
Stage you are least looking forward to in this years Rás – The Stage from Glengarriff, the two climbs in the stage are very early, which could make it very hard if the break hasn’t gone and the bunch is racing over them, if your struggling there on them it will be a long day to Mitchelstown.
