How have you benefited from being a member of Blarney CC – I am learning the craft of racing from great riders such as Patsy Crowley, Barry Twohig, Kevin Walsh, Brendan McLoughlin and Eddie Barry to name a few.
Advice you’d give to someone new to competitive cycling – Attack, attack, attack.
Have you done the Rás before – Yes. In 2015 I guested for Aidan Crowleys Strata 3 Velo Revolution team.
What you remember most (good or bad) from past Rás experiences – Small black flies everywhere all the time!
